What I have enjoyed about working with TALK thus far is that the company allows for great flexibility and independence, but is still very responsive and supportive when needed. I love that there are many options as far as types of settings and populations to work with. I also really enjoy that I feel I have a lot of freedom to focus on honing my skills as a therapist, but I also feel very supported in knowing my co-workers and supervisors are always available to help.
