I love working for TALK. I feel like a part of a big family & I always have support from my colleagues. As a team, we help each other out in many ways. If you’re sick, go on vacation, get married, etc., TALK helps to cover your time/clients if you wish so you’re not playing catch up when you return. They’ve pushed me out of my comfort zone during my first year & found me my dream job placement within my second year. This allowed me to get experience in other areas & gave me an opportunity to determine what age group I liked best.
